By accessing, registering an account with, or otherwise using the 8p88 platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8p88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if 8p88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8p88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8p88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. 8p88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8p88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
